I understand and acknowledge that the payment shall be made via UPI installments and that the shipment will be released only after the full payment has been successfully received and confirmed by the concerned authorities.

I further acknowledge that this is a legally binding commitment and that failure to complete the payment within the stipulated time may result in additional penalties, storage charges, or forfeiture of the shipment without any further recourse.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accept all the terms and conditions associated with this payment, and I am fully aware of my obligations under this declaration.

DECLARATION

I agree to surrender the goods and authorize the complete cancellation of my order. I understand that I will receive a refund of upto 20% of my original payment, amounting to ₹ 5,200.00 (Rupees Five Thousand Two Hundred Only).

I acknowledge that the refund will be processed only after the customs surrender process has been completed and confirmed by the concerned authorities. I confirm that the bank details provided herein are accurate, true, and complete, and I take full and sole responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided.

I further acknowledge that once the surrender process is initiated, I shall have no further claim, right, or interest in the goods, and I release the seller, the logistics partner, and all associated parties from any and all liabilities, claims, or demands arising out of or in connection with this order.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accept all the terms and conditions associated with this refund, and I am fully aware of my obligations under this declaration.

DECLARATION

I, the undersigned, hereby declare and affirm that I am the authorized customer placing this request for the voucher offer in lieu of my order bearing Order ID: #-----.

I agree to receive a voucher worth ₹ 36,000.00 (Rupees Thirty-Six Thousand Only, including a ₹3,000 Bonus) for shopping at our partner store, in lieu of the customs clearance of my original shipment. I understand that this voucher is offered as a goodwill gesture and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

I acknowledge that the voucher is valid for a limited period and is subject to the partner store's terms and conditions. I confirm that the contact details provided herein are accurate, true, and complete, and I take full responsibility for any errors.

I further acknowledge that by accepting this voucher, I release the seller, the logistics partner, and all associated parties from any and all liabilities, claims, or demands arising out of or in connection with my original order and shipment.
